Join us for Come & Go Activities on Mondays!

These easy, hands-on crafts are available throughout the day (while supplies last) and are great for individuals or families looking for a fun library visit.

 

Tai Chi for Better Balance:

WED/FRI Weekly @ 2pm

This class is aimed to help older adults reduce their risk of falling, while also increasing balance and flexibility. Participants learn ways to improve their overall mind, body and spirit through a series of slow, continuous movements. It does not matter how strong, flexible or active you are – Tai Chi is designed for people at all levels of health.

Fridays at 10:00 AM!

This weekly program is designed for children ages 0–4 and their caregivers, featuring engaging stories, songs, and hands-on activities.

 

Cherokee Cultural & Wellness Classes
Fridays @ 4PM

These weekly classes consist of wellness and cultural lessons or demonstrations for ages 10+.
 
Each week will be a different project.

Adult Craft:

Leprechaun Gnomes

Tuesday, March 3rd 10am

Join us at the library for a fun and festive Adult Craft session! Participants will create their own Leprechaun Gnome, a charming St. Patrick’s Day decoration perfect for bringing a little luck and whimsy into your home.

Adult Tranquil Tuesday:

Burlap Bag Bunnies

Unwind and enjoy a peaceful creative moment at the library during Tranquil Tuesday. In this relaxing craft session, participants will create adorable Burlap Bag Bunnies, perfect for adding a touch of handmade charm to your spring décor.

 

All supplies will be provided, and no crafting experience is needed. Come relax, connect with others, and leave with a delightful creation to brighten your home.

Teen Activity:

Leprechaun Bait

Celebrate a little St. Patrick’s Day fun at the library with our Teen Activity: Leprechaun Bait! Teens will mix up a colorful, sweet-and-salty snack blend inspired by the mischievous leprechauns of Irish folklore.

This hands-on activity is a great chance to hang out with friends, get creative with treats, and make a festive snack to enjoy or take home.

 

Expect bright colors, fun flavors, and a little bit of lucky charm!

Join us for a relaxing Adult Paint Along at the library! Follow along with step-by-step video instruction as you paint a cheerful Bunny and Butterfly scene.
